Happy Holidays!

I've always loved the character victor Fries from Batman The Animated Series, so full of sorrow and vengeance.

Wanted to paint something with a lot of ice in it, and I think the custom brushes kinda worked out nicely.

I didn't want to make his suit as the original retro hazmat suit, so I took some liberty of making his new suit more combat applicable.
